Dots required for this muggu are 14x2x2.

First put 14 dots in 2 lines, next leave one-one dot each side and put till 2 dots.

Here WELCOME format is drawn in the middle in both horizontal and vertical directions. Butterflies are drawn at 4 sides.

Colors can be filled  in butterflies to make this muggu more colorful.
