In this blog, you can find chukkala muggulu, tippudu or melikala muggulu and some free hand designs. I hope this blog will be helpful for the ones who are interested in muggulu. You can find different types of borders also that will be kept outer side of the muggu.
Dots required for this tippudu muggu are 9x1. Put 9 dots in one line, next leave one-one dot at each side from next line on wards and put till 1 dot. Next draw the melikala muggu by passing through the dots. Here free hand design was drawn as border.
Dots required to draw this muggu are 8x2x2. Put 8 dots in 2 lines. Next leave one dot at each side and put till 2 dots from next line on wards. Next draw the lines passing through the dots as shown in the pic. Here simple flower pattern border was drawn.
Dots required for this tippudu muggu are 8x3x6.Put 8 dots in 3 lines, next leave one-one dot at each side from next line on wards and put 6 dots. Next draw the melikala muggu by passing through the dots as shown in the pic. Here flower pattern was drawn as border using colors.
This is free hand design. This was drawn at tualsi kota. Deepam and flowers were kept along with this design. Small melikala muggu was drawn on stones also just to make this decoration little beautiful.
Dots required for this tippudu muggu are 11x1. Put 11 dots in one line, next leave one-one dot at each side from next line on wards and put till 1 dot. Next draw the melikala muggu by passing through the dots.Here free hand design was drawn as border at four sides.
Dots required to draw this muggu are 8x8. Put 8 dots in 8 lines in straight. Next draw the small melikala pattern using 2 x2 dots as shown in the pic. Here free hand design was drawn at four sides using 3x3 dots of outside (in white color). Next same free hand design was drawn with colors in between that white color design.

This muggu was drawn as free hand design. First two big straight lines were drawn and after that small lines were drawn on top of those as shown in the pic. Outside free hand design was drawn using colors.
