Small melikala muggu was drawn at tulasi kota during kartika masam on the occasion of karthika pournami. Tulasi kota was decorated with colors rangoli, diyas as shown in the pic.

Diwali decoration
Part of diwali celebration, muggulu were drawn using colors. As shown in the pic, diwali decoration was done using tippudu muggulu, flower rangoli, colors and diyas.
Melikala muggu on fabric
Small melikala or tippudu muggu was drawn on fabric as shown in the pic here, using acrylic paints. This was used as background decoration during varalaxmi vratam.

Melikala muggu
This muggu was drawn using 9x1 dots by leaving one dot each side. As shown in the pic melikala muggu or tippudu muggu was drawn inside. Lotus flower pattern was drawn at 4 sides. Small deepam or diya pattern was drawn using 3x1 dots.
