Put 9 dots in one line, next leave one-one dot at each side from next line on wards and put till 1 dot, and leave the dots as shown in the pic here. Next draw the muggu by passing through the dots. Here I have drawn a free hand border like small flower petals.
Put 5 dots in 5 lines. This small muggu can be drawn very quickly. I have drawn free hand simple design as border and added colors.
